NEWS UPDATE: Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Launches Support Centre for Tracking of Complaints Online.

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced the launch of its Support Centre for the tracking of complaints of its esteemed customers.

According to the official statement issued by the Commission which reads as follows; “In order to serve you better, CAC utilizes a support ticketing system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which an individual can use to track the progress and resolution of the complaint online”.  

The statement continues that “For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. The Support Centre is now available on the Company registration portal (CRP)”.

The Support Centre introduced by the Commission will no doubt, aid a speedy resolution of complaints from users of the Commission’s portal as hitches encountered will be resolved on time. Indeed, this innovation by the CAC is highly commendable.
