Mr. T.A.M Damiari

T.A.M Damiari is a graduate of Rivers State University. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007. He has been in active litigation both at trial and appellate levels, cutting across diverse areas of law, inclusive of commercial, criminal, labour, mergers and acquisition, maritime, energy, human rights, real estate, and immigration. He has brokered major corporate deals and handled high profile cases for top-tier indigenous companies, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.

He is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with significant experience advising companies in fintech, real estate, immigration, telecommunications, construction, energy, media, entertainment, project finance and transaction restructuring, corporate governance, procurement, tax, tech law ranging from start-ups to established multinational corporations.

He is presently the Practice Manager of the firm saddled with the responsibility of administering and managing the firm and its pool of staff (lawyers, consultants, and admin staff) as a team leader. Aside from being a litigator, he is also a writer, loves research, traveling, meeting people, table tennis, and golf.
