He has over 16 years of experience in legal practice as both a prosecutor for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and currently, has a private practice. He was a founding staff of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). While at the EFCC he investigated and prosecuted many high-profile cases and was an outstanding investigator and prosecutor with many local and international awards to his name.

T.A.M Damiari is a graduate of Rivers State University. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007. He has been in active litigation both at trial and appellate levels, cutting across diverse areas of law, inclusive of commercial, criminal, labour, mergers and acquisition, maritime, energy, human rights, real estate, and immigration. He has brokered major corporate deals and handled high profile cases for top-tier indigenous companies, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.

Temitope Popoola is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Ojo. She is the front desk executive of the firm who has over 3 years of experience in customer service. She is calm, friendly, polite and pays strong attention to detail.

Ronaldson Furo Diete-Spiff is an Associate at ASALAW LP and a graduate of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce island, Bayelsa State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He has been in an active practice and has made appearances at both the Trial and Appellate courts. He possesses a vast wealth of knowledge and communicates clearly with both the legal professionals and members of the public.

Sandra Imade is a graduate of the University of Benin, Edo state. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022. She is a highly committed and detail-oriented lawyer, having a proactive and solution-focused mindset, dedicated to providing commercially viable solutions to suit clients business need. She is a great team player with a positive attitude, who works collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals in the Firm to deliver excellent legal services.

Peter Umah is an astute lawyer with a flare for litigation. He holds a bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Kogi state University, Ayingba and a B.L from the Nigerian Law school after which he was called to the Nigerian Bar. His experience spans over years of practice and has been involved in core litigation in various aspects of law to wit: Criminal and civil litigation, matrimonial causes, maritime law, intellectual property law, labour law, real estate, debt recovery and insolvency, election petition inter alia. He has litigated highly contentious matters in the various courts of superior records and tribunals. He has special interests in media law, and business development for startups.
