He has over 16 years of experience in legal practice as both a prosecutor for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and currently, has a private practice. He was a founding staff of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). While at the EFCC he investigated and prosecuted many high-profile cases and was an outstanding investigator and prosecutor with many local and international awards to his name.

T.A.M Damiari is a graduate of Rivers State University. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007. He has been in active litigation both at trial and appellate levels, cutting across diverse areas of law, inclusive of commercial, criminal, labour, mergers and acquisition, maritime, energy, human rights, real estate, and immigration. He has brokered major corporate deals and handled high profile cases for top-tier indigenous companies, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.

Temitope Popoola is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Ojo. She is the front desk executive of the firm who has over 3 years of experience in customer service. She is calm, friendly, polite and pays strong attention to detail.

Ronaldson Furo Diete-Spiff is an Associate at ASALAW LP and a graduate of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce island, Bayelsa State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He has been in an active practice and has made appearances at both the Trial and Appellate courts. He possesses a vast wealth of knowledge and communicates clearly with both the legal professionals and members of the public.

Doyinsola T. Omomowo is a graduate of Benson idahosa university . Called to the Nigeria Bar and enrolled at the supreme court of Nigeria in 2018. She has considerable experience in criminal and civil litigation along with various aspects of Law. She has been practically driven to uphold ethical standards in the course of her legal Practice.

Mobolaji Akintunde is the Head of Chambers at ASALAW LP. He holds a LL.B Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and a BL (Barrister-at-Law) Practice Certificate from the Nigerian Law School, Council of Legal Education. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom. Mobolaji is an astute Criminal defence lawyer and a consummate Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience and expertise in diverse aspects of transaction, civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, mediation and conciliation, adjudication, negotiation, regulatory and compliance, insolvency and corporate rescue, mergers and acquisitions, international trade and investment, intellectual property rights enforcement amongst others. He has acted as Lead Counsel in several high-profile litigation matters cutting across all spheres of the Nigerian Courts and systems of justice administration, including States and Federal Courts of First Instance and Appellate Courts. Mobolaji is a member of professional bodies and associations, and institutions. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; member of the International Bar Association; member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom and Nigeria).
